| If you are a coach or AD and would like to have us do these special low cost physicals, please send me an email to laserchiro@yahoo.com or call the office at 626-338-3600. We have been doing sports physicals for BPHS, SVHS, West Covina HS, Covina HS, South Hills Wrestling, Workman HS, and the BP Roadrunners for many years. We also perform physicals for athletes from other schools that are not listed here. As long as your school is not still prejudiced against chiropractors and specifically exclude us from doing your physical, we can get y Our sports physicals are just $15. This can be paid with cash or credit card. We do not accept checks or insurance for sports physicals. Because of the busy nature of our office, we have set aside special hours when these low cost physicals are available. They are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, between the hours of 12-1 pm, and 4-6 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and on Saturdays that we are open from 12-1 pm only. This allows us to keep the costs low for the athletes. Additionally, all athletes receive a gift certificate for a free sports injury consultation that can be used anytime in the school year!
